2. What Data We Process and Why
- E-mail correspondence. When you write to the address published on this website, we process your e-mail address, your name (if provided) and the content of your message — in order to reply to your enquiry, present an offer or arrange a consultation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — conducting correspondence).
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, browser and operating system type, requested resource. We use this data solely to keep the website secure and to diagnose technical issues. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use cookies, contains no analytics or marketing tools, and does not track its visitors. Should this ever change, we will update this policy and — where required by law — ask for your consent.
4. Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts served from Google LLC servers. When the page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google in order to deliver the font files; Google may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area (transfers to the USA based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision). 5. Data Recipients
Access to the data may be granted only to entities providing technical services to us:
- website hosting and e-mail provider: OVH (OVHcloud),
- the entities listed in section 4 — until we switch to locally hosted fonts.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data Transfers Outside the EEA
We process data on servers located in the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, subject to section 4.
7. How Long We Keep Data
- e-mail correspondence — for the duration of the conversation and then for up to 24 months after it ends (longer only where necessary to establish or defend legal claims),
- server logs — according to the hosting provider's configuration, typically up to 90 days.
8. Your Rights
In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@dziala.ai.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
9. Voluntary Provision of Data
Providing your data is voluntary. However, without your e-mail address we will not be able to reply to your message.
10. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
We do not make decisions concerning you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects.
