Działa.ai was founded and is run by Piotr Mikołajewicz — a software engineer and tech lead with many years of experience, currently also working on international projects and building his own AI-powered software. The educational app Sprawdzajka generates its questions with AI (using the Polish language model Bielik) and is available on Google Play and the App Store. On client projects we bring in trusted specialists — including IT security experts — and the team grows with the number of deployments. The result: the right skills for the job, and one company responsible end to end.

Security & GDPR
The vendor is responsible for the product.
Działa.ai is responsible for deploying and configuring it safely at your company.
- The tool matched to how sensitive your data is. Regular data → EU cloud. Sensitive data / institution → on-premise version; data never leaves the building.
- Permissions configured properly. One of the most common AI deployment mistakes is “flattened” access. We configure it so the assistant never shows anyone what it shouldn't.
- Data processing agreement (DPA). Under Art. 28 GDPR — with the list of tools, sub-processors and security measures.
- Data in the European Union. We select solutions that process data in the EU — including Microsoft 365 Copilot covered by the EU Data Boundary.
- An exclusion list. HR, payroll, sensitive data — together we decide what AI must never see. In writing, at the first meeting.
- Proven vendors. We deploy tools from global vendors with security certifications (incl. ISO 27001, SOC 2) — they develop, patch and certify the product, and you're not stuck maintaining unproven software.
We don't build unproven software from scratch and ask you to trust it with your data. We select existing, secure tools — and take responsibility for setting them up right at your company.

Prices net of VAT. Many deployments also carry the tool's licence cost (e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot from ~PLN 75/user/mo in the Business tier to ~PLN 130/user/mo for the full version) — we choose tools so the investment pays for itself quickly. The consultation is free. These figures are a starting point, not a rigid price list — for a wider scope, several deployments at once or a longer care agreement, we agree terms individually.
FAQ
The questions we hear most often
Why do I need you if I can just buy ChatGPT or Copilot myself?
You can — and sometimes that's exactly what we'll recommend. But buying a licence is not a deployment. You need to choose the right tool, configure permissions securely (or AI will show too much), connect it to your systems, train people and maintain it. Działa.ai does all of that end to end, and you get one place to call when something doesn't work.
These are US tools — is our data safe?
We match the solution to how sensitive your data is. For most companies, a tool processing data in the European Union is enough (e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot covered by the EU Data Boundary). For institutions and sensitive data we set up an on-premise version — the data never leaves your server room at all. We always sign a data processing agreement (DPA).
We're not a tech company — will you handle everything for us?
Yes — that's the whole point. You don't need to know AI or IT. Działa.ai selects, installs, configures, trains and looks after the deployment. Your role is to tell us how you work — we take care of the rest.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Depending on scope: an audit from PLN 1,900; deploying a single tool is roughly PLN 1,900–5,000 (based on the tool and company size); care from PLN 490/mo. Simple deployments usually take 1–2 weeks (assuming prompt access to your systems), larger integrations 3–5 weeks. You'll get a concrete quote at the free consultation.
What if something breaks, or new needs come up?
That's what the care plan (subscription) is for. We maintain the deployment, respond to problems, and add new sources and processes as the company grows. AI that someone actually looks after — not deployed and forgotten.
Will AI replace my employees?
Not the kind of AI we deploy. The tools we configure take the tedious, repetitive work off people's plates — keying in invoices, digging through documents, writing the same e-mails over and over — so they have time for the work your clients actually pay for. That's why team training is part of every deployment: AI is meant to be a tool in your people's hands, not their competition.
What if the person looking after our deployment is unavailable?
We deploy tools from global vendors (Microsoft, Google, Anthropic) that run independently of the integrator — so if we're temporarily unavailable, your work doesn't stop. We also leave configuration documentation, so any IT professional can take it over. And as part of the care plan, we agree on a specific response time.

When we build an assistant or chatbot for a client, our default engine is Claude by Anthropic — one of the strongest AI models available, and very good in Polish as well as English. We deploy it where answer quality and safety matter most — with data processed in the European Union, and your data never used to train the model. We work with AI every day — including building our own software — so we choose tools from practice, not from a brochure.
We're not tied to a single vendor, though — we always match the tool to your situation:
- On Microsoft 365? We deploy Copilot (selected features can also run on Claude models).
- Google Workspace? Gemini by Google.
- Data can't leave the company? A model running entirely locally, on your premises.
